Russell J. Hall – Chief Operations Officer – Boston College, Management and Computer Science and J.D. from New England School of Law and has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association since 1982.

FMr. Hall spent the first 20 years of his career at large global companies including Johnson & Johnson, Siemens and Novartis focusing on improving the performance of the business through business process re-engineering, the development and implementation of best practices and the implementation of business systems.

In 1996, Russ accepted a senior management position at the Pentair Technical Products division of Pentair, a large global manufacturer. As Vice-President of Enterprise Development, he led the development of business strategies, the implementation of lean Manufacturing and six sigma quality processes. He implemented these disciplines across multiple facilities around the world to meet the requirements of Fortune 500 customers that required global manufacturing capabilities and world class quality. In 2002 Mr. Hall also assumed Account Management & Sales responsibility for strategic accounts and was instrumental in growing Dell to Pentair’s largest customer.

Russ fulfilled his dream of becoming an entrepreneur by establishing Cooliance, Inc. in 2007. He leveraged his background and experience to drive performance, customer satisfaction and growth through the implementation of processes and disciplines used by large, multi-national companies. Under his leadership, Cooliance has grown from a regional supplier of Thermal Management Products to a global company with significant sales in North America, Europe, and Asia and facilities in the USA, Germany, Hong Kong and China and a manufacturing facility in Dongguan China.

Mr. Hall launched a second company in 2011. Ritronics was established to focus on the design, development and manufacture of complex power supplies for military applications. This company has achieved rapid growth and is established as a strategic supplier to several large defense contractors.

Mr. Hall is a dog lover and his commitment to Adsana is founded on the loss of a Golden Retriever and Chocolate Lab to cancer.
